Uk Fiance/ Spouse visa Application from Dubai UAE

Dear All,
I want to apply for Uk fiance visa from Dubai, 1st I will share my information.

I am working in Dubai in a company as an accountant and currently on Employment Visa. I want to apply UK Fiance visa from Dubai. Do I need No Objection letter from my company or It's not required?
