Please need some advise, what benefits a British Sponsor can claim while the application of partner in-process with HO for ILR FM with no affects on application.

Child benefits in British spouse name.

Tax credits in JOINT names.

As a British citizen you can still claim for yourself (e.g. Housing benefit, Working Tax Credit, Council Tax Reduction) and your child (e.g. Child Tax Credits and Child Benefit) as long as you DO NOT claim anything extra for your wife
