Switch Location having ICT2 same employer

Good Morning

I am having ICT2 long term Visa which is around to expire. I do understand that I can't extend it after completing 5 years. But can I move location from UK to some European office branch with required European work Visa. Example: my client location is Glasgow ( where I am working and completing 5 years) and they have branch in Budapest. So, can I join Budapest office instead of going back to India for serving one year cooling period.
And if yes, any point needs to be considered?

HI don't care where you go. You will need to look into the work visa requirements for Hungary.

In addition to poper's comment, you must also be aware that you can only apply for a Tier 2 General to return to the UK, from a country where you have legal residence, i.e. not a visitor.
