DEPENDENT VISA URGENT HELP PLEASE

Hi guru's and experts

My husband (main applicant ) applied for T1 entrep extn 50 k and i'm his dependent. Both visas are still under processing.

He is varying application to 10years set(lr)

my questions is

q1) if he vary only his application to set(lr), what i have to do for my visa?
q2) can i leave my application as it is(T1 Entp Extn dep ) until he get ILR?
q3) can i request UKVI to hold my application?
q4) Is UKVI consider me as legal stay/overstay?

q4) if in case my application rejects what options i have?

His annual income is less than £18600, so.not eligible to varying my application to flr(m).

q4) can we show both income to fulfill £18600 for FLR(M)?

Vary yours to FLR(M) and ask HO to hold the decision yours till his ILR is granted. If his ILR fails, your FLR(M) will also fail.

q2) can i leave my application as it is(T1 Entp Extn dep ) until he get ILR?

Probably not as you don't qualify to extend your dependent PBS visa if he gets ILR based on long residence.

q3) can i request UKVI to hold my application?

FLR(M) yes.

q4) Is UKVI consider me as legal stay/overstay?

You must vary your dependent visa.
