Spousal Visa - Quickest Method?

Im Brazilian. I applied twice for a residence card as a dependant of a EEA national and got rejected twice. Now I have appealed however my mom is going back to Brazil. As a result im going to marry my boyfriend and apply for a spousal visa. Could someone please provide me the quickest way to achieve this as I need to act fast before the appeal court date is set?
