Picture on first british passport

Post by zidane » Sat Jul 29, 2017 10:26 pm

HI dear members,

Just a curious question as i was reading the news on the biometric passports. I was wondering what picture appears in your first british passport , is it the 3 identical pictures that you submit at the ncs at the time of your application or the picture taken when you go for biometrics. I was reading that the biometric photograph taken at the post office gets stored in the chip along with other information such as signatures iris and facial recognition features but was not sure if it is the same picture on the front page.
Many Thanks
