HOW TO RE-SEND UK IMMIGRATION HEALTH SURCHARGE AMOUNT

Post by Srinivasan R » Sun Jul 30, 2017 5:47 am

Hi,
My daughter in law got UK tier 2 general visa sanction letter and also 30 days vignette (visa sticker) in her passport to enter UK and collect BRP card from the post office. She landed in UK after immigration check. In the meantime, when we check our bank account from where we paid thro' debit card the payment of IHS at the time of online application from india was re-credited by UKVI by error even after sanctioning the visa. How to re-pay it and whom to contact for that. If anybody had similar issue, can please guide.
The BRP card also not reached the designated post office as yet. How to get it. Made online complaint with BRP management unit and got acknowledgement. They will contact with in 5 working days.

No need for multiple topics asking the same question. Members will respond if they are available, willing and know the answer.
