Makes no difference. You were an overstayer from the date your visit visa expired. You also were not entitled to free NHS.I started staying with EEA June 2008 but I never worked or use and public facility only registered with NHS in April after married when I was 7month gone.

It seems to me you've been given very good advice already. I'm not clear on what more you need.
Since your application is very likely to be rejected, you aren't getting the fee back either way. If you withdraw it, then at least you will definitely avoid being banned from reapplying until 2027, as Coldwinter, pointed out.
