12 months prior to application- Spousal visa

Post by Deezion » Sun Jul 30, 2017 4:39 pm

Imy husband is applying to join me. I was filling the financial form and I am stuck in a part that ask 12 months pay prior to application. I was on Maternity leave from April 2016 to December 2016, I went back to work this January 2017 full time and using the payslip from February till July 2017 to apply for him but wondering what I should write on that section, whether to calculate this year's or last year. Please help.

You only need 6 months pay slips and 6 months bank statements to prove you meet the financial requirement of £18,600pa.

Presuming you returned to your same job/employer after maternity, your maternity leave won't have any effect on the application.

12 months is if people have had more than one job/employer or are self employed.
