Applying Visit Visa for my sister in law as my wife is due

Post by ILR_MN1 » Tue Aug 01, 2017 12:21 pm

Hi All,

I just wanted to know if you can help me as I am looking to apply for Visit Visa for my sister in law as my wife is due to give birth our child and she needs help and support during this time.

I am bit confused what documents are required from our side, as I will be sponsoring her visit (my wife doesn't work). Can you please also let me know what documents I need to provide for this visa.

I am planning on to provide the following documents;

1-Tenancy agreement.
2-3 Month Bank Statements
3- 3 Month Payslip
4- My employer letter
5- Doctor Letter to confirm due date

Do I need to provide any addition documents or what documents are required to be produced by my sister in law and from us to prove relationship.

Your help will be appreciated.

Many thanks,

She will need to submit substantial evidence of her social and family ties to home country as well as financial circumstances.
