HOW TO REMOVE 320(7A)

My name is Habib from Pakistan and I had returned to my home country in February, 2009 from UK before expiry of my student visa which was issued to me in August-2006.

Later on I applied again for the same category student visa through consultant here in October, 2009 but unfortunately E.C.O has refused my application under act 320(7A) which was made me crazy /Psycho patient, due to which I am still taking medicines. I made review against the decision in 2010 I think so but neither send me any kind of reply nor my education documents by the embassy. I am still looking towards may be they send me some thing.

Now I request to all on humanitarian basis pleas help me and take me out from that terrible situation.

What was the exact reason for refusal and imposing 320(7)(A)??

Did you submit a) false documents; or b) make false representations; or c) non disclosure of material facts?

ECO Commended that The bank statement you have provided does not demonstrate the required level of funds. The documents you have provided do not demonstrate that you are in possession of the required level of funds especially in view of the fact that bank statement provided has been found to not genuine.

Consultant didn't cleared me anything what he did although I got a personal bank account as well with good transaction from 2002.

Now i want to seek legal help to remove 320(7A) so that i could apply again.

So whoever helped you submitted f a k e or false bank statements.

You would have to prove this to HO and given that it is so long ago, you might struggle.

It is the applicants responsibility to make sure everything regarding their application is 200% accurate.

Ok you are right but I need solicitor through which i can prove myself innocent to ECO.

(1) I need any Solicitor's email address or something like that through which I could start negotiation about that matter.

(2) I need guidelines how to discuss my case directly to HO.

You would need to find one yourself that can assist you.

Why have you waited so long to pursue this?

Unlikely you will have any success though unless you have rock solid evidence that you had no idea. Unfortunately, submitted false bank statements is very common for UK visas.

As I told your before I have already submitted review but there is no any reply received by BHC. Apart from that i discussed with so many lawyers here in Pakistan but they discouraged me. My struggles still continue to look a good solicitor who can handle my case but unfortunately im tired now.

Thats why i am seeking help.

If i complete my 10 years punishment then can I apply for fresh application? and there is any chance that ECO will never refused me on previous records.

Do about what? You have not said anything about why you want to go there. Are you planning further studies, a decade after your last studies?
