Premium service BRP question

Hi guys. I just wanted to know something. If our BRP is being managed in the Sheffield Premium Service, would it be possible to enquire about it in the Croydon premium service centre? Is there coordination between the premium service centres?

What exactly do you mean by 'BRP being managed'?
Have you applied for a visa at a premium centre in Sheffield or applied by post?
