Need Help in Tier 2 Visa extension

Hello Team,

I am working in London on Tire 2 General.

We came in UK in September 2014 and Visa was getting expired in last week of May 2017.

In April 2017 I stated preparation for my visa extension; all documents were ready only CoS was not getting available.

Keep chasing to UKIV but did not get CoS.

So prior 3 days of expiration of visa, we did on line application and paid all fees.

And waited for 15 days; still CoS not available then sent all document without CoS.

After 3 week got letter for Bio-matrix. we did that by given time.

In first week of July we got refusal because of CoS was not available.

We applied for administrative review saying that CoS not getting available from UKIV

In last week of July got we got Administrative review negative out come; saying that CoS not getting issued as Sponsor's License is in audit. And with out CoS visa can not granted.

Hope you understood all back and forth of application. please give advice solution.

The decision was correct. AR is only if HO made an error in deciding your application.

The rules are very clear, no CoS = no visa.
