Hi!

I live in NZ but I have dual nationality - I have a UK passport and I am a British Citizen. I am moving to the UK in October and I am wondering how my partner can get a Visa? We haven't been together for 2 years yet. My research comes up with conflicting results, so I am not sure at all which visa to apply for.

Marriage or at least two years cohabitation, akin to marriage, needed, in addition to the financial and accommodation requirements.

Or if your partner is under 30, a Tier 5 YMS visa, which is valid for 2 years. Or if your partner has a UK born grandparent, a UK Ancestry visa.
