TOC/BRP

Hello gurus,

I am working on Tier-2 General 5-year visa (vignette on passport) valid till Aug 2019. Can i get a BRP (apply for TOC) while having a valid vignette/visa on my passport ? Passport will expire in 2024 ?

If possible, please mention link with guidance notes/required documents. Thank you in advance.

Why do you want a BRP?
Char (CR001 not Casa)
