Zambrano or Flrfp

Post by naa » Sat Aug 05, 2017 10:09 am

Good morning All, I need advice urgently pls. My family and I husband included were all granted 2 and half years leave to remain outside the rules. My eldest is now a british citizen and it's time to renew our Visa. But the cost involved for the 4 of us including a new child we are strugling to raise the funds. Our solicitor has advised we put in a Zambrano application Asap.
Is this the right thing to do? Please advice. Thank you very much

My understanding is that Zambrano does not leave to Indefinite Leave to Remain or PR. You should stick to the route you are on in my opinion

Thanks for the quick response CR001. I know Flrfp is the best option but the cost involved for a family of 4 plus solicitors fees and nhs fees is a lot. I'm really stuck.

Why do you need a solicitor?? Many applicants do it themselves with help form the forum.
