How long have you been married?

What 'leave to remain' do you think you qualify for? Leave to remain means a visa under the UK immigration rules, which you don't fall under.

Once divorced and if you have evidence of your spouse exercising treaty rights at the time of divorce, you can apply for Retained Rights of Residence.

To apply for British citizenship, you first have to apply for PR after 5 years of marriage.
