Tier 2 visa:Can I do adhoc work via umbrella company

Hi all,
I have Tier 2 employer sponsored visa and am aware I can do up to 20hrs a week with another employer within the same job title. My question is can i do adhoc shifts (not exceeding 20hrs/week) and be paid via umbrella company or must I be paid through PAYE due to my visa status? Thanking you all for your anticipated replies
