Settlement Visa end after 8 months ?

Hi, I have a settlement visa in uk but I had a operation in Turkey thats why I spend my 8 month in Turkey.
So my question is Does my settlement visa expired after 8 months?
I am gonna go back to the Uk again..

Very limited information you have provided.

It expires on the date your visa says it expires. You being away does not cancel your visa. If it is still valid, you can return to the UK. It it has already expired, you have to apply again and start from scratch.

My visa still in date till 2023 but I am in Turkey at the moment.
I had been 8 month in Turkey.

ILR is only lost if you are absent from the UK for 2 years or more.

For info, a 'settlement visa' refers to a spouse visa. ILR is not a visa but a status.

Also so bear in mind that your ILR doesn't expire. The BRP has an expiry date (in the same way that a bank card would expire in time), and 2023 is when you will need to renew it.
