BC - need help

Post by salma22 » Mon Aug 07, 2017 1:18 pm

Hi

I am planning to apply for BC in December on 5 year QP.. My legal divorce is going on in Chennai, India and hopefully should be finalised by Mar 18 on the next hearing. What should I pass for my husband details in the AN form, Don't remember his place of birth mentioned in his passport - Can I leave it blank or say no idea.. Also in address should I mention his Chennai address.. or can just passs - not aware of.

thanks

You can state his name and address and add in 'additional information' page that you are currently in the process of divorce. No effect on your application but you must be honest as you are still married but separated.
