Yes but only if you apply for the passport separately after your ceremony.

If you apply using JCAP at NCS applying for citizenship and passport together, then there is no interview.

All applicants for a first adult British passport, including natural born citizens/people who have been born with British citizenship, need to attend an interview before being issued their passport, except if they have applied through the JCAP scheme for naturalisation/registration, as pointed out by CR001.
