pls help for standard visit visa

Post by kevin3009 » Wed Aug 09, 2017 9:50 am

:D
I would like to seek an advice regarding my wife previous visa.
My wife came to Uk from india on Tier 4 student visa along with her dependent in 2012 she completed her studies in 2014 and she got sponsored from one of the companies in Uk and she got TIer 2 visa in 2014 for 5 years but her husband who was very cruel and illiterate never understood her and he only used her as a way to enter Uk and after getting tier 2 visa as a dependent her husband started ignoring her and left her alone. As a indian mentality and society she did not told anybody regarding her sufferings but when she lost her father between this hardship time and after all this trauma and cruelty of her husband she left her viaa and came back to india in 2014 end and she never went back.As she was the main applicant and main visa holder for both tier 2 and tier 4 the dependent never came back in the last 5 years to india and she filed divorce case and got ex parte divorce. Now she is married with me legally and running her very own good business kindly help me as she has to file standard business visit visa on monday. She Recently came to know that previous dependent is in Uk still but how come and if he is in UK will my wife have some trouble in applying or getting visa for UK.
thank you

She had a duty and obligation to inform HO that her previous marriage had broken down and her spouse's visa would have been curtailed/cancelled.

This has nothing to do with her requirement to inform HO that her marriage is no longer subsisting if her partner joined her in the UK on a dependent visa. It is not her sponsors responsibility to inform HO about the relationship breakdown.

The worst that can happen is her visit visa is refused.

u stated sir dat may be her visa can get refuse so i thought may be she not elgible to travel to UK actually she has made all her travel arrangements and vfs appointment for business visit visa so she was little concerned about her approval. So she was asking for best possible solution in this case and what can be the outcome of it

a) I am 'miss' not a 'sir'.
b) I only stated that the worst case is that her visa is refused. If she feels she qualifies then she can apply. She will either get an approval or a refusal. No one can tell you what the outcome will be.

a) yes, she can reapply whenever.

b) I don't know, she doesn't have 'adverse immigration history'. She just didn't tell HO about her ex. I can't tell you if this will be an issue or not and presumably HO thinks they are still married.

traffic offences not declared

Post by kevin3009 » Sat Aug 12, 2017 4:34 am

I have applied for uk business visit visa but unfortunately i have forgotten to declare my traffic offenses which i committed in dec 2013 in uk on my indian driving license there were few speeding tickets including one red light hopping nd i had a court hearing also in which i was asked to pay penalty of 85 gbp ? I was there on student visa and after all those hearing I did apply for my visa extension without declaring those is it mandate for me to declare as i am applying for this business visit visa from India ? a little worried as i have my appointment in a week.
