Which Visa to Apply

Post by SriG » Wed Aug 09, 2017 5:01 pm

Hello,

Please can you help me in letting me know which visa I should apply for my wife.

I recently got ILR (previously on a Tier 2 Visa for 5 years)

My wife is Tier 2 dependent now for 3 years.

Now I need to extend my wife's visa as it is expiring soon.

which visa should I apply please?

Regards

Tier 2 General dependent partner. It will be a 3 year extension. Online form only.

It doesn't matter, the rules allow her to stay on tier 2 general dependent until she qualifies for ILR with 5 years residence.
