Still awaiting a decision

Hello everyone ,status checker said decided on the 7th of August .Below is my timeline Non priority
Online App submitted 16 May 2017
Biometrics done on the 17 May 2017
Documents received by Sheffield on 23rd may 2017
Email received from Sheffield asking for a prepaid envelope but sponsor had already sent one with supporting documents
Sponsor sent email to check status of Application on 22 July 2017
Sheffield replied that application is being considered and awaiting a decision
Sponsor checked online tracker and it says DECIDED on the 7th of August
I did not receive a case not straightforward or case on hold email .
I'm waiting to fetch my passport from the visa centre ,im anxious to know the decision
It all took 60 working days
