Sponsorship for work

Hello I am employer in India last 5 years, my total experience 10years in IT industry. Now want to expand my business in UK.
So I require sponsorship from any company who provide me job. I already post my resume in many portals. Please guide me

If you want to expand a business, you need to apply for a Tier 1 Entrepreneur visa and meet the requirements for the visa.

You can't own a company in the UK and sponsor yourself for a tier 2 general visa.

For Tier 2 General, you can only work for your sponsor so not sure what you actually want to do as you post you are looking for a sponsor AND you want to expand your business.

I want to see the market first and for this I will work there as a employee at least 3 - 12 months.

Any agency or company will sponsor me with monthly salary, that will work I suppose. If this will work then I will meet with my clients or explore companies.

You are not permitted to work for an agency. You are only allowed to work for your employer and be on their payroll. There are strict rules for the tier 2 general and you will have to find your own sponsor on the HO approved sponsor list.

If you only want to come and investigate the market, why not apply for a business visitor visa instead.

thanks for your reply..is this possible I come there on tourists visa and i apply their for a job as a part time. Any agency who provide me job or how much duration will caped in tourists visa.

You are not permitted to work in ANY capacity (part time, volunteering etc) while you are here on a visitor visa.

There is no visa available in the UK to work 'part time for an agency'. That visa route was closed a couple of years ago.
