Spouse visa decision date keep updated

Post by binbin » Wed Aug 09, 2017 7:41 pm

Hello guys, I m new here, please someone can help me!
My wife submit spouse visa application on 24/04/2017, and receive sheffied confirmation email on 04/05/2017, on 26/07/17, UKVI checking visa status web shows her the application status was "Decided", we were happy and thought that the waiting game was finished. but after almost two weeks waiting passport, we found the UKVI website shows application status still "decided" but the date was updated to 01/08/17, a week later, the date updated to 07/08/2017.
we call the helpline several time, the guy on the phone said they cannot escalate the case unless its over 10 working date. totally a useless answer!
my question is if UKVI keep update the decision made date, we'll never escalate the case? I did all what I can, email my MP, email the help centre, still waiting respond.
feel helpless, please could anyone had similar experience? or any advice?
