Tier 2 ICT dependent to tier 2 general

Hello ,
I'm presently in U.K. Under tier 2 dependent ict visa since 1 year .

Now i have been offered a job and they will sponsor a tier 2 general visa for me .
Is it possible to take this offer without the cooling off period ??
My line of work doesn't permit me to work under a dependent visa ( doctor )

There is no cooling off period for dependents applying for tier 2 general.

You must apply from home country though.
