Pay slip requirements for Spouse Visa

Post by MujibAhmed » Fri Aug 11, 2017 12:29 am

Hi Everyone

I was working as an apprentice in a hospital for the past 2 years earning around £11500. Last month I signed my permanent contract(£21500 a year) with the same employer. Now I want to know how many monthly payslips do I need to apply for my wife's visa. Do I have to wait for 6 months pay slips or can I do it with 3 months pay slips?

Thanks

Mujib

Preferably wait for next 6 months from the date you start receiving the new wages because your old wages won't fulfill requirement due to not being at least £18600 per year. Apart of 6 months payslips you will also need 6 months correspondending bank statements.
If you have sufficient savings/receive rental income then you can use them to cover the deficit if want to use old wages otherwise wait for next 6 months with your present wages.
The opinion expressed as above is neither a professional advice nor contesting/competing to other member's opinion/advice.
