Immigration Health Surcharge

Post by michaelm9945 » Fri Aug 11, 2017 11:01 am

I'm not sure if this is in the right section. Anyway, this is a small story before my question.

I'm going to book my appointment later for the premium service. I already paid the IHS and I may have made a mistake. I hope everything is ok

My wife has 2 passports. She has her visa on her expired passport with her maiden name (expired last year) and a more recent passport with my family name before she entered the UK (not expired without a visa)

When I added my wife's details on the Online Booking application for the IHS such as her name, date of birth and Passport number. I accidentally added my wife's name as it appears in her current passport without a visa and her passport number for her expired passport with the visa

My question is. Can I add my wife's passport number for her expired passport with the visa? but keep her name as it appears in her current passport (my family name?)
