retain rights Pr travel to Netherlands

hello everyone,
I am a Non-EU National i have got Permanent Residence Card that is valid for 10 years.

My question is i would really like to go Netherlandsfor few days but I am not sure if I can travel without a Visa. Do I need to apply for one? can anyone please advise me thanks.

thanks for your quick reply im Pakistani national.i checked their website if need visa i have to apply and also need to provide my eu wife passport how is ot gonna work as im divorced she is not with me anymore?

You apply for a standard Schengen visa as a Pakistan citizen and not as an EU family member.
