Overstayer planning to get married. HELP PLEASE

I just got my refusal letter from the Home Office stating that I am rejected from my Unmarried Partnership application. My UK tourist visa got expired last 10 July 2017.

I want to know if I can marry my boyfriend or if there are still any types of visas I can apply in order to remain legally in the UK.

Please help, I really wanna stay here with my boyfriend
