Please Help - PR and Non EU citizens residence card

hello every body ,
the question is what if the absent of the holder of( residence card of family member of eu citizen) for more than six month was in another EU country in case of joining wife whose get job in other eu country while she has the right of permanent residence in the country of issued the residence card does that affect or cancel the residence card or the continuity of residence in the country of issue.
