Tier 2 dependent visa

Hi all
My husband is on tier 2 visa in uk and i am in Pakistan
Which visa should i apply to join him
Tier 2 general visa upto 3 years or
Pbs dependent visa.

What is the difference in these two visa categories.

Tier 2 General Partner which is a PBS Dependent visa.
Char (CR001 not Casa)
