Birth certificates are not required.

Marriage certificate must be translated to English if not in English.

What about your British spouse's passport?

FLR(M) is the correct form. Have you read the form, it tells you what HO expect to see.

Have you got 6 months payslips and 6 months corresponding original bank statements? Do you meet the financial requirement?

My marriage certificate is in English and we have both of our passport 1) UK Passport 2 ) My own passport
3) 6 months payslips of Mine and My husband 4) We meet financial requirement 5) Have rental contract and all utility bills 6) Original joint bank statements and individual joint bank statements as well 7) Meets the finance requirement too

My question do I need to attest my indian marriage certificate? It is in English.

Yes I have read the full FLR(M) form but the document checklist is more generic. I have also got English language requirement certificate from NARIC.

I have already in ICT -longterm for 4 years and I have 2 years visa left. I am confused whether I should switch to dependent of British national or continue as normal.

The form lists on the pages I have stated what HO expect to see to prove cohabitation and evidence of living together and joint financial responsibility. You don't state how long you have been married either, but your marriage certificate should be fine as long as it is the original.

Your choice whether you choose to switch or not. ICT does not lead to ILR based on 5 years residence.

Hello,

When you say joint financial responsibility it is rent we pay to our landlord using the joint account does it count? We also have all our utilities bill on my name will that help. We live in the same flat and we have a rental agreement with both the names on it. Are these enough? I have read the documentation of HO it says more about marriage certificate, English language requirement and Financial requirement but not very clear enough about the sharing of Finance responsibility
