ILR Eligibilty - Spouse

Post by pradeepkk2017 » Tue Aug 22, 2017 8:39 pm

Hi ,

I am a British citizen now and I got citizenship via PBS Tier 1 General Route and my wife is on PBS Dependant Visa which is valid till 13th March 2018. She got her first Tier 1 Dependant Visa on 23/05/2013. Question is whether my wife is eligible for ILR on 13th March 2018 or does she has to apply for another extension to be eligible .

Thanks,
Pradeep

She needs 5 years residence from the date she ENTERED the UK. You don't state what date she came to the UK so we can't comment on when she will qualify for ILR.
