Cover Letter

Hello,

I am planning to apply for HSMP and am in the process of getting all the documents. I have the following doubts
1. Name on my HSMP application is what I have on the passport, however name on my degree certificate is different and is also different on salary slips, letter from employer and bank statement. I know this will be an issue when I apply, can you please suggest something.
2. I have not yet filed TAX for my last years salary as I had a dual tax(Taxed in US and India both) issue and is being sorted out by the CA. I have the form 16 so what do I do?
3. Should the medium of instruction letter come from University or College, My official transcripts issued on college letter head do mention that the medium of instruction was English for the course, will the transcripts do?
4. Can you please email me your cover letter on [ email address deleted ]
5. I did Bachelor of engineering from university of Mumbai and have applied to NARIC for comparison however its 9th day today and they have not yet processed the application. When do the new rules apply and what can I do now?
