Tier 2 ICT to general via sponsor

Dear Sir/Madam,
Myself completed 2 years on Long term ICT and likely to extend from here.
1)if i've been sponsored by new company other than current one do i need to go back to INDIA and return UK ?
2)is it possible to change Longterm ICT to Tier 2 General visa with new sponsor?

What is the salary the new sponsor is offering and is the job on the shortage occupation list?

12 month cooling off and apply for a Tier 2 General from home country is the only way. Not sure what you mean by 'by breaking Long Term ICT in which another 3yrs extension is possible'??

Strangers on an internet forum cannot possibly tell you what you might qualify for. Tier 4, Tier 2 Dependent if you have a spouse that can get a Tier 2 General main visa. In all of these, the 12 months cooling off applies or 12 months on any other visa other than Tier 2 ICT main applicant.

What different does it make, ICT doesn't lead to ILR.

You cannot avoid the 12 month cooling off period before you are able to apply for Tier 2 General.
