How to find out if I was registered as Overstayer

Hi All

Does anyone know how I can find out if I was registered as an overstayer on Home Office as I have been in the UK since 2002 and got granted ILR but I need to know if I fullfil all the conditions before applying for citizenship ,

Request your personal data from UK Visas and Immigration.

The SAR should give you all the data, and crucially comments, on you with the UKV&I. You will have to comb through the comments made on your file to find out if you have been considered an overstayer.

Thank you so much - I did send a letter on 2008 to HO though asking for reconsideration to my case which was considered as fresh claim following DLR grant - question remains if HO will consider this period as overstayed

As already advised in your other topic (fail to see why you again started a new one in a different sub forum), yes the period before your DLR grant is considered as overstay.
