is this extension or new visa. Why were you originally rejected and what line of business?

Surely after 762 posts, you know how to search and view a users previous topics to get a jist of their posting questions/history :?:

His/Her post added absolutely no value to the forum, without context. OK so we know someone got rejected and then got visa, we learn nothing. Why was there a rejection (maybe we won't repeat mistake), What was done differently 2nd time around (learning opportunity) Unless you expect all readers (or readers over XXX posts) to always do a search of the full history of every poster while reading their posts?

Surely you are aware that moderators are pushing that if there is a previous (related) post to use that rather than start a new one out of context.

It was an extension application my friend

Reasons for refusal
1.The accounts i provided didn't show my name as director( i was nd still am the only director of the company).
2. Monthly RTI and FPS was not initialled by me which was required under paragraph 46-SD

So i sort out these problem nd submitted my application.
Actually i didnt ask anything about my refusal as i already found the answer from other members post.

Dear zimba and other moderators

I need some information. I Will complete my 10 years in june 2018.so my queries are
1. Do i need to submit my employees detail at the time of my application or only business accounts?
2. My wife's visa will be valid till august 2019.so do i need to submit her application with me. Or i can apply for her before her visa expires. Here one thing i want to mention she will be finishing her 10 yrs on February 2020. So what would be the best option for her application.
3.my daughter is 6 yrs old born in uk.so after i get my ilr ( in sha allah) i believe i can apply for her British citizenship? Is that right?
I will be really grateful if i got the solution.

Regards

I think you already eligible for ILR. Correct me If I'm wrong, you spent 2012 to 2015 on intial visa and 2015 to 2017 for visa process?

Since your fresh application was successful, the overstay period will be disregarded.
If you have the employment, you can apply for ILR on T1 basis.

Congratulations on your visa... I can't believe that it took so long.

I have no idea why the home office drags things out like this :!: :!: :!:

I'm telling you are already eligible for ILR. If you have 24 months employment then you can apply with you dependants for ILR as soon as you sort out the documents.

For example I had Jan 2014- Jan 2017 initial application. Now I got extension from June 2017 to June2019.

for ILR, if I have employee requirement fulfilled (2 employee).. am I eligible for ILR in December 2018(28 days prior to the continuous 5 year period)?

If so, the employment from Feb 2017- June 2017 will be counted for the Settlement period?

Bit confused after seeing this post.

No, only employment from June 2017 (when you got your extension) is counted towards the job creation requirements for settlement
