Hi, guys
I and my spouse recently got tier 4 visas for the duration of 16 months as I will by studying full time on a Master's course. However, we are confused about my spouse's right to work. The entry clearance doesn't state the number of hours he may work per week As I knew from my previous experience, the tier 4 dependent was eligible to work only 20 hours per week. But now we aren't sure if it's still same or any changes have applied. Some sources claim that dependent of tier 4 student may actually work full time Which is great, of course. Could anyone advise me if it is true or not?
His entry clearance says:
PBS dependant restricted. No Dr/Den train. No Sport. No public funds. I understand what all the above means except for... can he work full time or only part time?? There is noting on the entry clearance that might clarify the situation.
Thank you all as this forum guided us through the visa application process and we received a positive decision on our applications
