Plab exemption

Hello
Dear members, i kindly request your opinion abaut the Plab exemption for the GMC registration,
I am non eu ,graduated from Romania and already started my speciality training there.
I came to UK based on my marriage with a British.
My wife holds dual citizenship,Romanian and British by naturalisation in 2015.
Am i eligible for EC rights? As my wife lived in UK and worked before her naturalisation exercing her EC rights rights.

Do you mean a spouse settlement visa or.....?

When did you enter the UK?

Settelement yes, and i got my leave to remain
I entered in march 2017

Then you have no EC rights. Your spouse will only be considered British if in the UK.

What is your UK Immigration history if you got 'leave to remain'? What visa did you have before that?
