Hi All,
I have been searching for a thread in the forum and in google to find answers but nothing I saw on any website including the Home Office website answered the question I have.
My wife and I have submitted the Spouse Visa application on 24 July and our application is still being assessed.
I have had a promotion at work a few days ago which means my job title and salary are both going to change. My start date for my new position is not yet decided, bu I think the earliest date I can start is 20 September 2017. I will very soon find out the dates.
My salary, (I am the sponsor) at the time of application was well above the £18,600 criteria and with the promotion I will be earning more.
My questions are:
1) Do I need to (or should I) let Home Office know after 4 weeks into the application? I can get a letter from HR confirming my new position and salary information quite quickly.
2) How do I inform Home Office of this change? Can I notify Home Office in the UK or does it have to be my wife in Bosnia?
Thank you
