Uk visa help needed

I need urgent help.
I got student visa starting from 28th april 2012 expires on 28th September 2013.
I never joined college and after few months i came to know my college is banned also.
I came to italy crossing border illegally to france i got asylum and stay in italy on 23rd July 2013 before my uk visa expires. I went again to uk in 2014 this time same way i came to europe. And on 18th july 2016 i left uk legally having exit stamp on my passport by french border control in dovers.
Now can i re apply for uk visa???

I want to apply for a visit visa to uk.
My first visa was a 1 year HNC in business.

These are the issue that will be a problem for a visit visa:

1. You breached your student visa conditions.

2. You overstayed in the UK, after your visa did expire, by 2 years.

All of this must be declared in the form and unlikely you will be successful in getting a visit visa.

I never caught by ukba and also not deported i left uk voluntarily. My question is. is there any chance they will ban me. Out of 100% how much is the chance i will get visit visa successfully?

What is the purpose of your visit to the UK?

Where do you live now and what is your immigration status in that country?

With an adverse immigration history, you would be considered a risk and potentially a visitor that won't leave the UK.

I have 5 years of refeugee status in italy and i have only 5 month for applying indefinate visa here in italy.
Currently i have started my own business just last month. I just want to visit my family members and friends there. I will definitely come back because of my status and business here.

No one can tell you what % of chance you have for a successful application. Although in my honest opinion, with your previous immigration history, you're unlikely to be granted a visitor visa.

The ECO is likely to consider that your friends and family in the UK can easily visit you in Italy.
