ILR for family

Post by funfrolic2007 » Tue Aug 29, 2017 3:05 am

Dear Sir,

I came to uk in Dec 2010 on ICT established staff, my current COS is getting expired in Nov'17 and my family is with me since then. I would like to check if they are eligible for ILR as they have completed 5 years?

Thanks
AJ

My understanding is that ICT issued after 6 April 2010 does not lead to ILR.

Are you still on Tier 2 ICT?
