Advice on no older than 28 days statements and employment letter please?

Hi

I'm planning on submitting my online spouse application on 24th September (which is a Sunday). I just have a few questions please.

1. I get paid on the 22nd September which is a Friday and this goes into my bank on the same day i.e. Friday 22nd. The thing is my bank statements are the 9th to 9th of each month and they arrive by post a few days later. Now as I'm applying on the 24th I will be ringing my bank for a statement from the 9th of Sept to the 22nd to show the salary coming into my account. I will do this a day after I've already applied on the 24th.

Would this be ok? As it will technically be a statement up to the 22nd of September, two days before my application and it will hopefully arrive a few days after I've already done my online application?

2. Regarding the employment letter. I will have done 6 months with the company on the 20th of September (two days before the pay date of the 22nd). Do i get the letter on the 20th or do I wait a few days to get the letter on the 22nd? which is the pay date and on that pay date it will show the pay date as being the 22nd of September? Will this make a difference ?

Sorry for the questions but just want to make sure everything is ok.

About the employment letter I don't know .
A senior might advise you over this.
But bank statement take a duplicate printout from you bank with stamps date and business card from the staff in the bank don't send older than 28 days.

Go into the bank and ask for a statement.

Get a letter on 22nd to be on safe side.

Can I not just ring bank after I've done the application on the 24th to send me a bank statement up until the 22nd? As it still will show up until 22nd? And then send it with my documents?

Delayed as in how long after the online application would I need to get the statement by in terms of sending documents? I understand after the online application it's biometrics but is there a deadline to post the supporting documents? I will of course aim to send them asap.

Yes there is a deadline to post supporting documents.

If your bank statement is delayed, you will have a problem. The date of your supporting documents must be as required at the date of online application.

If you are able to go into a bank and get statements, you should do this, rather than wait for bank and Royal Mail to deliver them.
