You have to meet ALL the requirements.

Different visa category and different rules.

Spouse visa information

Post by Vikas17 » Tue Aug 29, 2017 12:39 pm

I have visited the uk for many times. Probably times till now on 6 different Visa's. All of them related to studies. I work in merchant navy and studied in Scotland. Now I have married to British citizen in my last visit in may. I have had other countries visa aswell. As I have visited many of them due to my job.
My main question will Uk immigration treat my case as fresh case like others? Or will get more speed up during my case then someone never visited to uk before.
I have already applied in July 2017.

A help and advise will be really appreciated

Many thanks

No special treatment just because you have been here before a few times.

It will be treated as a new visa application like everyone else's.
