Medical exemption certificate for spouse on a spouse visa 10 year route

I have a similar situation. I am a British citizen with 2 British kids. My wife have flr fp on 10 years route. Both we got medical exemption card since last year.And we claim child tax credit and working tax credit too. I never let her use that card because her BRP states no recourse to public fund.
Her GP suggested her to get PPC as she needs regular medicines. But they refused cause she already have exemption card. Is there any issues if she use this exemption card. Her first extention due in 2 months time. I will be thankful if you advise me in this matter. Thanks

Medical exemption is NOT public funds, she can use. Also, it is considered rude to tag onto other members topics, creates confusion when members respond and you should ideally start your own, regardless of how 'similar' your question might be.
