ILR for Tier 2 family

Hello,
Please could you clarify my doubts, me, my wife and son (born in India) cam to UK 2012. We have now completed 5 years and are going to apply for ILR. During this time we had another child born in UK but went on Tier 2 VISA as he traveled to India. I will be using SET(0) form to submit my ILR

a) Does my wife fill in a separate SET (0) form as she also finished 5 years without any absence?
b) Son born in India does he become dependent on my form or do we fill in SET(0) form?
c) Tier 2 son born in UK do we just attach a letter (with his birth certificate attached) stating that we will do naturalisation for him once we get the ILR since he is born in UK and proceed later to do the MN1 form?
