Hello,
I really appreciate if some can advice me. I was entered in UK on in 07/2008. Below is my T2 General visa summary.
I was granted my first Tier 2 General on 12/12 with the company A.
I was made redundant from my first job in 11/2013. I received a curtailment letter but successfully applied and obtained the second Tier 2 Visa with the Company B in 04/2014 before the expiry of Curtailment letter.
Again changed the employment in 11/2014 with the Company C and visa is valid until 11/2017. I need to apply ILR basis on 5 years in 12/2017. I am just worrying if the gap between employment which is more than 60 days from the Company A to Company B would affect this. If yes, what other options I have got available?
Regards,

That was same day premium visa service.
So basically, when I left employer A. Employer B was in process to obtain sponsorship license. Unfortunately, their licence was rejected first time so they had to applied again. In the mean time, I received curtailment letter but before 60 days period comes to an end they got sponsorship licence and I went and got same day visa.

The 60 days on the curtailment period is completely separate to the 60 days gap in employment.
What date exactly did you finish at your first employer and on what date exactly did you apply for tier 2 with your new sponsor?

So you have substantially more than 60 days between the date you left your employer and the date you applied in 2014 for your next visa.

You have to meet the requirements over the whole 5 year period.

Yes, even though you can get T2 for maximum 6 years you'll complete 10 years before. Just make sure you have not been out of the UK for 180 days per year. Also make sure you don't get any court conviction in the meantime.
