Tier 2 Extension Salary Requirements

Hi all,

Can someone please help. I have to apply to extend my tier 2 visa. My present COS was issued to me with SOC Code 2135 Experienced worker salary 31200. Now, however, the salary requirement has been increased to 34700. Would it be applied on the extension as well or I can extend my visa using the old salary?

If the SOC is now at a higher salary, that is what you need to be paid as I understand it.
